Acer buergerianum

Trident maple is highly sought-after. Used in bonsai for well over a thousand years, Trident Maple has naturally small leaves and twiggy growth habit, making it easy to train. Spring and summer leaves are medium green. Fall color ranges from orange to orange-red. A bonsai collection is not complete without a Trident Maple.
