Acer japonicum 'Taki no gawa'

An upright growing Full Moon type Japanese Maple. This is a seldom-seen variety with wonderful performance and color. The large, rounded leaves are fan-shaped and have a tropical appearance. The spring color is green with orange overtones. The summer color is green before changing to bright red, orange, and yellow in the fall.
