Acer palmatum 'Sherwood Flame'

A very nice upright growing Japanese Maple. 'Sherwood Flame' is popular for its color retention and heat tolerance. The spring leaves are bright red changing to medium red for the summer. The fall color is bright cherry red. The tree will eventually grow into a very broad form. Discovered by Will Curtis of Sherwood, Oregon.
