Acer palmatum 'Peve Starfish'

A slow-growing, upright Japanese Maple with unique leaves. The lobes curl inward giving the appearance of a starfish. The spring color is bright red changing to a dark maroon-red. By late summer, the color is bronze-red before turning bright scarlet for the fall. 'Peve Starfish' was introduced by Piet Vergeldt of Holland.
