Acer palmatum 'Murasaki kiyohime'

A vigorous dwarf Japanese Maple with tiny leaves. The spring color is green with dramatic red edges on the leaf. In summer the leaves are more green with only a subtle rose blush on the leaf border. The fall color is orange-yellow. This variety is very durable in any growing environment. A wonderful choice for bonsai work. If planted in the landscape, it will grow into a round shrub with dense branching.
