Acer shirasawanum 'Mirte'

An upright growing Full Moon type Japanese Maple. 'Mirte' is a wonderful variety that is still hard to find in the trade. The spring leaves are a unique rose-red with light green veining. In summer, the color changes to bronze with red then medium green for late summer. The fall color is a vibrant combination of orange and yellow. A stately specimen tree for a focal point in the landscape.
