Acer palmatum 'Inferno'

An upright-growing Japanese Maple with bright color and a vigorous habit. The spring color is orange/yellow with light red margins. During the summer, the new growth will be rosy red, which contrasts with the spring growth and will make you think of a blazing fire. 'Inferno' was originally selected because of its exceptional sun tolerance. However, it will benefit from afternoon shade in very hot climates. Discovered and introduced at Maplestone Ornamentals.
