Acer palmatum 'Illini Sunrise'

An upright-growing Japanese Maple. Selected for its landscape durability and early season color. Spring leaves are orange-red with light green veining in the leaf. The summer color is green with red overtones. Discovered in Urbana, IL, home of the 'Fighting Illini'.
