Acer palmatum 'Ilarian'
An upright-growing Japanese Maple with stunning variegation. This tree is a riot of color during the growing season. The spring leaves are a mix of pink, white, and green with varying degrees of variegation from leaf to leaf. Very often, 'Ilarian' will push new growth in summer which is solid white. The fall color is orange-yellow. Needs protection from the afternoon sun. Introduced by Talon Buchholz.
