A weeping Japanese Maple with palmate leaves. This is a newer selection that has become very popular. It originated as a seedling from the ever-popular 'Ryusen' and like its parent, it has a strong weeping habit. The spring leaves are orange-yellow changing to bright yellow for late spring and early summer. By midsummer, the leaves will change to bright green. This variety needs to be staked for height, otherwise it will become a unique ground cover. Discovered by Talon Buchholz.
