Acer palmatum 'Bonfire'

A semi-dwarf, upright Japanese Maple. One of the most popular Japanese Maples for very good reason. With its compact growth habit and small leaves, this maple is a favorite among enthusiasts for bonsai work. 'Bonfire' exhibits a wonderful transformation of colors throughout the seasons - from vibrant pink in spring to coral-red, and finally green with hints of orange in summer. The fall color is bright orange infused with red.
