Acer palmatum 'Shojo no mai'

An upright Japanese Maple with stunning variegation. This one is always very popular! The small, green leaves are variegated with pink in the spring. During the summer, the pink portion of the leaf will turn to white. The fall color is bright orange-yellow. On occasion, this variety will grow vigorous new branches without any variegation. These branches should be removed. The name means "dancing red-faced monkey". Durable and easy to grow.
