Acer palmatum 'Ogi tsuma gaki'

An upright growing Japanese Maple. The spring color is bright yellow-green with a dark red border around the leaf. The leaves are more round than the popular 'Tsuma gaki' which has similar variegation. In summer, the leaves are solid green before changing to yellow-orange in the fall. Introduced by Hisao Nakajima in Japan.
