Acer palmatum 'Moonfire'

An upright Japanese Maple with great landscape performance. 'Moonfire' is popular because it holds the red color longer into the summer compared to similar varieties. The spring color is bright red changing to dark red in early summer. The fall color is bright scarlet. Introduced by Dick Wolf of Red Maple Nursery.
