Acer palmatum 'Kurui jishi'

An upright Japanese Maple with a medium growth habit. The unique leaves are small and feature rolled edges and slightly hooked tips. This variety is similar to 'Okushimo' but smaller and more compact. The spring and summer color is green turning to bright yellow with orange hues in the fall. The name means "crazy/confused lion".
