Pinus contorta 'Chief Joseph'

A stunning selection of Lodgepole Pine. Chief Joeseph is famous for its winter color, which is a striking bright yellow. Spring and Summer needles are green to green/yellow. Discovered in the Wallow Mountains in Oregon by Doug Will. Very high demand because of the difficulty in propagation. Slow growing to around 4 ft tall in 10 years.
