Acer shirasawanum 'Junihitoye'

 
A slow-growing, dwarf Japanese Maple with round bright-green leaves, often having twelve lobes. Fall colors are in brilliant yellow and orange tones. Name refers to the 12 layers of the kimono worn by a Japanese princess upon marriage.
