Acer palmatum 'White Butterfly'

This variety is similar to the ever-popular 'Butterfly' but has more white in the leaves. The small green leaves have a striking white border. If grown in the shade, the leaves will have even more white. The fall color is bright orange-red. A very high-demand variety that is still somewhat rare in the trade. The upright-growing tree is vigorous and easy. Provide part shade for the best color.
