Acer palmatum 'Tiny Tim'

A charming dwarf Japanese Maple with a dense growth habit. 'Tiny Tim' originated as a witches broom mutation. The small leaves are bright green in spring with subtle rose highlights turning to solid green for summer but the tree will normally push fresh new growth in summer, which adds wonderful contrast with the older leaves. The fall color is bright orange and yellow. Although very compact in form, 'Tiny Tim' is vigorous and easy to grow.
