Acer shirasawanum 'Sensu'
A vigorous Full Moon type Japanese Maple with an upright form. The large leaves are dissected and serrated and will remind you of a fan. The spring color of 'Sensu' is green with orange and rose highlights. The color is green in summer before changing to bright orange and red in the fall. The name means "moving fan". Discovered by Jim Baggett at Oregon State University.
