Acer palmatum 'Kiyohime'

A dwarf Japanese Maple with a wide growing habit. 'Kiyohime' is one of the most popular dwarf varieties and has been used for bonsai for many decades. The tiny leaves are green with red edges in early spring quickly turning to medium green for the summer. The fall color is bright red with some orange. Although small, this variety is durable in almost any climate. As a landscape tree, it will quickly grow in a short, dense bush.
