Acer palmatum 'Jerre Schwartz'

An upright growing Japanese Maple. Originated as a witches broom mutation. The leaves are deeply divided with serrated lobes. The spring color is bright burnt orange with rosy-pink highlights fading to green by midsummer. This variety will continue to flush new rose-colored leaves in summer, which contrast wonderfully with the older leaves. The fall color is bright orange-red. Discovered by Billy Schwartz.
