Acer palmatum 'Hime shojo'

A dwarf Japanese Maple with a compact habit and medium to small leaves. The spring color is ruby red turning to darker maroon-red for summer. The fall color is bright red. 'Hime shojo' will hold its red color very well even in shady conditions. Its small size makes it a nice choice for a small spot in the garden or containers.
