Acer palmatum 'Cloud of Dragons'

An upright growing Japanese Maple. This one is outstanding! The green leaves are irregular with patchy, lighter green variegation. There is also a distinct crinkle on the leaves, giving them a unique texture. Discovered by Richard Kowalsky.
