One of the most dwarf Japanese Maples. Similar in form to 'Mikawa yatsubusa' but slower growing. Very tight branching and leaf layering. Leaves are very serrated and show a fascinating red edging in early spring. Orange/Yellow in the fall. Hard to find and very prized variety. Perfect for bonsai work!
