A dwarf Japanese Maple. Mayday is similar to Mikawa yatsubusa but with fascinating rose/blonde color in spring turning to green with some white variegation in summer. One of the most sought-after Japanese Maples and somewhat rare in the trade because it is difficult to graft. Excellent variety for bonsai or to fill a small space in the garden.
